CEMENT SHOES

Giovanni di Domenico - rhodes and electronics

Gonçalo Almeida - bass

Balázs Pándi -  drums

To find Gonçalo Almeida, Giovanni di Domenico and Bálasz Pándi on the same stage seems something only one with great imagination could aspire. And that's because this musicians combination is inherent in the crossing of creative music today, from drone, metal to free jazz. The result is a trio of individuality foreground, each with their own concepts, imagine goulash made out of fish would land on a pizza. "A promising wall of sound and adventurous creative music, that will make you glued to the floor, like you would be wearing cement shoes.

DANIELE DE SANTIS

Daniele De Santis: drums, electronics

Berlin-based percussionist and producer, Daniele De Santis is also a prolific music instruments creator as well as the founder and curator of Dromoscope platform-label. The wide constellation of activities that have seen him involved in recent years has slightly disclosed his rich background of diverse influences as well as the spontaneously eclectic nature of his musical research. De Santis has performed in international festivals such as Berlin Atonal, CTM Festival & CTM Siberia, Strøm, PHONO, Irtijal and Terraforma.

"Prepared Drums" is a performance for amplified acoustic percussions and extemporaneous electronic processing of their signal. The solo takes shape as a hypnotic auditory path, with an immersive and almost shamanic tone, in the sonically augmented matter of the drum instrument.
