LOOS Shared Responsibility Team is composed of artists that have committed themselves to the continuity of the organisation. The following criteria are important for the composition and longevity of SRT:
motivation to participate and to cooperate with each other, even if there is no prior financial compensation agreed upon,
artistic knowledge and skills (experience is an advantage but not a requirement, professionalism is necessary),
the will to share knowledge and skills with the core group and to apply both for a certain period in the LOOS environment (this period is determined in mutual consultation),
different backgrounds and positions.
