Mouches Volantes are Thijs Geritz & Wouter Blok.
Two graphic designers with a similar taste for experimental sound and video. Composing always starts with hours of improvising without predetermined goals, blending field recordings with movie dialogues and pretty much any sound they can get their hands on. From those sessions
tracks will eventually emerge and crystallize into a solid form but are still mainly improvised when performed live on stage.Their sound varies from relaxing drones and unsettling soundscapes to musique concrète with some harmonics and cut-up beats. Every performance is enhanced
with video. Past performances include the Gogbot Festival and Antilounge.
ENKA is Nikos Kandarakis, an electronic musician/producer, based
in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). His music -a characteristic deep soundscape expressed in a multi phonic environment- subtly carries
the listener towards a peak of sonic emotion. A sound paradigm that
can be roughly categorized as ambient/IDM electronic music.
