Free improvisation as an exploration of different viewpoints, course models, convergences and divergences. Each piece as a -more or lesscollaborative work / try for hetero-homogeneous sound visions; under the agreement of a possible -off course individually partly interestedwill of support no matter how insignificant the development can be imagined.

This attitude towards music and creative process that since the late 1950s is known in music as "free jazz", "creative music", or "European free improvisation", is the starting point for this duo.

But also, and not less important, the sound as a dance-like movement in the space...

Since 2004, Marcos Baggiani and Michael Fischer continued to work on acoustic as well as electro-acoustic line up.

KRISTAL AND JONNY BOY is a Swedish pop duo. Consisting of Kristina Hanses -voice and Jonny Eriksson - guitar and drum-machines. Their songs range from happy-naive to mystic-melancholic and their musical philosophy and their individual expression combine acoustic singer-songwriter styles with electronic elements and dancing.

Always interspersed with the unexpected - creative sound ideas and spontaneous vocal experiments and dance moves. Some lyrics are a figment of poetic imagination, while some words draw a very realistic picture of Kristina's being, turning her inside out.

Jonny neither thinks, composes nor lives in just one direction, but in many directions and its extensions. He is not only a guitar player but a real meal electromaniac, solder, screwing and composing his own mechanic music machine in his livingroom.

Their songs have to find out for themselves if they are asking questions or searching for answers.

Kristina shows her creative inner conflict and her free spirit not only in her music, but also through her whole artistic path.

She not only amazes as a musician but also with her superior skills in dancing.

She performs the disturbing beauty of her contemporary dancing on stages all over Europe since 3 years.

And this abstract power of contemporary dance comes to life in her music, too.

Needless to say that her dancing, the movements and the physicalness are a strong inspiration for her songs. Kristal and Jonny Boy is always so much more than just music.
